Shark Valley Tram Tours

The Everglades is finally getting a good soaking in recent weeks.  The rain which had been far below average the past two years is showing up on an almost daily basis.  While some features of the Everglades may still take a little time to catch up after those dry years, we are certianly watching the changes typical of the wet season.  Alligators are currently in their nesting season, the food supply is starting to regenerate from the bottom up, and there is a look of 'normalcy' to the 'Glades.
The next few months will still offer a representation of species in the Everglades, but the summer is more about quality rather than quantity.  A healthy wet season will become the foundation for the quantities of wildlife we find during the dry season.
